This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies driving brand growth optimizing marketing operations and enhancing customer acquisition and retention. What you will do:
Marketing & Brand Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to establish and strengthen Vertoz s brand presence across B2B channels.
Manage corporate branding positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Oversee content marketing initiatives including blogs whitepapers case studies newsletters and presentations.
Optimize online presence through SEO SEM and digital advertising strategies.
Growth & Demand Generation:
Lead performance marketing campaigns across digital (SEO SEM social media paid ads email) and offline channels.
Oversee demand generation programs to drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Develop customer lifecycle marketing strategies to optimize conversion funnels and improve retention.
Align marketing strategies with revenue goals by working closely with the sales team.
Marketing Operations & Analytics:
Implement and manage marketing automation CRM tools and analytics platforms to track campaign performance and customer insights.
Develop KPIdriven frameworks for lead scoring attribution modeling and ROI measurement.
Utilize datadriven decisionmaking to optimize marketing investments and business growth strategies.
Traditional & Event Marketing:
Plan and execute industry events trade shows and strategic partnerships to enhance brand positioning.
Identify speaking opportunities and ensure Vertoz is wellrepresented at key industry forums.
Develop event marketing strategies to drive engagement and lead generation.
Team Leadership & CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a growing team including content creators designers and marketing specialists.
Work closely with product sales and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Drive process optimization operational efficiency and best practices across marketing functions.
Requirements
1015 years in marketing growth strategy or related roles.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field (MBA preferred).
Expertise in SEO SEM Google Analytics CRM and marketing automation tools.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing demand generation and lead nurturing.
Exceptional content creation storytelling and brandbuilding skills.
Experience in budget management KPIdriven marketing execution and revenue growth strategies.
Strong leadership and communication skills to mentor teams and collaborate across departments.
Experience in B2B marketing AdTech MarTech SaaS or similar industries is preferred.
