Are you a passionate and engaging Teacher of Business Studies with a desire to inspire young minds and equip them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the world of business We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our thriving Business Studies department in a highachieving secondary school in Hillingdon.

About the Business Studies Department:

We offer a stimulating and engaging curriculum that covers a wide range of topics from marketing and finance to human resources and operations management.
About the Role:
- Teach Business Studies across Key Stages 4 and 5 with the possibility of teaching at Key Stage 3 depending on experience and interest.
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources including case studies simulations and guest speakers.
- Assess student progress set targets and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the departments curriculum development and resource creation.
- Foster a love of Business Studies in students.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Participate in professional development opportunities.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds QTS or equivalent.
- Possesses excellent subject knowledge in Business Studies.
- Demonstrates a passion for teaching Business Studies.
- Has strong communication interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Is confident in building rapport with students and fostering a positive learning environment.
