A. Overall Purpose of The Job (Brief description of the primary purpose of this position)
The IT Business Partner Consulting International acts as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and IT ensuring technology solutions align with organizational goals and client needs. This role requires handson expertise in digital mobile and data solutions a deep understanding of emerging technologies (e.g.: Gen AI) and the ability to drive innovation while managing project timelines and stakeholder communication. The IT Business Partner will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable futureready solutions that enhance business outcomes.
B. Key Responsibilities (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position listed in order of importance)
Strategic Business Alignment
Partner with business stakeholders to identify technology needs and translate them into actionable IT strategies.
Develop and maintain a technology roadmap aligned with business objectives emphasizing data and digital tools as well as cloudbased SaaS for internal needs.
Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g. AI IoT lowcode platforms) to recommend innovations that drive competitive advantage.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Lead endtoend project delivery for digital initiatives ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress risks and mitigations.
Manage relationships with external technology partners and vendors to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
Technical Execution & Oversight
Provide handson guidance in solution design ensuring technical feasibility and scalability
Oversee Agile/Scrum methodologies to accelerate delivery cycles and adapt to evolving requirements.
Conduct rigorous testing and validation of solutions ensuring alignment with business needs and technical specifications.

Operational Excellence
Monitor postimplementation performance addressing issues promptly and optimizing systems for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks (e.g. ITIL GDPR) and organizational policies.
C. Job Profile
Required Skills and Knowledge (Brief description of technical knowledge or skills needed to perform the job)
Expertise in data and digital solutions (e.g. CRM SaaS platforms data analytics and reporting tools) and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
Strong technical acumen with familiarity in APIs microservices and DevOps practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fastpaced environments with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (Jira Trello).
Excellent negotiation presentation and stakeholder management skills.

5 years in IT business partnering digital transformation or solution architecture roles.
Handson experience in application lifecycle management and digital product delivery.
Track record of managing crossfunctional teams and vendor partnerships.
Experience in healthcare IT or regulated industries (preferred).
Required Qualifications (Brief description of the educational background needed to perform the job)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
Certifications in Agile (CSM SAFe) cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) or mobile development (desirable).
MBA or PMP/PRINCE2 certification (preferred).
Required Languages (Brief description of the language skills needed to perform the job)
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills in English;
Travel / Rotation Requirements (Brief description of any travel or rotation requirements)
Moderate (25%) Travel is required;
