Work with crossfunctional teams of engineers designers and marketers to bring to life features that help deliver cars to our customers in a fast transparent and convenient manner
Lead the full product development lifecycle from ideation requirement gathering design feature prioritization sprint management to adoption with internal software engineering resources
Get a deep understanding of our in house developed logistics engine and its connected products the various logistics business processes and internal user needs and gain insights to make impactful product decisions
Own the product roadmap and its delivery in terms of its definition and prioritization backlog specs building and product rollout strategy together with your team
Close the gap between business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions and fast iterations
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Product Manager in an Agile software development environment preferably (but not required) in the area of logistics
Excellent product development skills and an ability to lead an iterative software development team evidence of creative thinking independent problemsolving effective troubleshooting team motivation and conflict resolution
Ability to understand technical challenges work with complex data models effectively communicate with development teams and make educated tradeoffs
You have theability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop hypotheses design experiments and interpret results
You are an excellent communicator and can easily get your point across to both technical and nontechnical audiences
