Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer configure and maintain Jira instances to support business and development teams.
- Develop and customize Jira workflows issue types fields screens and permissions.
- Implement and optimize dashboards and reports using EazyBI for data analysis and visualization.
- Utilize ScriptRunner and Groovy scripting to automate Jira processes enhance functionality and create custom scripts for workflow automation.
- Integrate Jira with other Atlassian tools (Confluence Bitbucket) and thirdparty applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira performance user access and configurations.
- Implement best practices for Jira governance security and scalability.
- Provide user training and support to maximize adoption and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored Jira solutions.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations custom scripts and best practices.
