Job Description
Job Summary
We seek a suitable candidate for this position
- Minimum Qualification : Degree
- Experience Level : Senior level
- Experience Length : 5 years
Responsibilities:
- Facilitating communication and fostering trust between the project and communities.
- Addressing grievances and resolving issues in a timely and culturally sensitive manner.
- Supporting the Environmental & Social (E&S) team in implementing communityfocused components of the project such as local hiring targets and stakeholder consultations.
- Monitoring and reporting on social impacts and ensuring community concerns are integrated into project planning and execution.
- Implementation of the Stakeholder Engagement Plan
- Monitoring of Livelihood Restoration Measures compensations to PAPS and CSR Initiatives with a social component.
- Conducting training and awareness sessions on key topics including health safety and genderbased violence (GBV)
Requirements
Requirements:
- Education: A degree in Social Sciences Community Development Environmental Management or related fields.
- Experience: At least 5 years in community engagement roles preferably in infrastructure or construction projects.
- Skills: Strong communication conflict resolution and cultural sensitivity; proficiency in English and local languages; and familiarity with grievance redress mechanisms.
