Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Parttime)Work Setup: Work From Home
Schedule: 11:00 PM 3:00 AM

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
Your Responsibilities as Digital Marketing Specialist would be:
Generate leads through LinkedIn with target market on development and property management companies
Create curate and schedule engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn etc.).
Assist with administration tasks.
Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to engage with our audience.
Respond to comments messages and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain a content calendar
Develop highquality and visually appealing content including graphics images and videos.
Write compelling and SEOfriendly social media posts captions and blog articles.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into content strategy.
Foster a sense of community among our followers by actively engaging with them and encouraging conversations.
Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and make datadriven decisions..
Provide administrative support to the team including managing emails scheduling appointments and organizing documents.
Assist in research tasks data entry and other administrative duties as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
Qualifications as a Digital Marketing Specialist:
Bachelor s Degree in Marketing Communication or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in LinkedIn marketinglead generation and administration assistance.
Experience or familiarity in targeting development companies and property management companies is a plus.
Excellent writing skills with a knack for creating engaging and persuasive content.
Proficiency in using management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with virtual assistant tasks and tools is a plus.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Selfmotivated detailoriented and able to work independently.
