Job Description

Job summary:  Provide secretarial/clerical support to the Enrollment Center during the Back to School Season (July 24th through September 5th).

Responsibilities and tasks include:
  • Greet and interact with a high volume of customers.
  • Provide secretarial support for the enrollment process. 
  • Verify and process paperwork for the enrollment of students.
  • Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.
  • Input data into an Excel spreadsheet each morning

Minimum Qualifications include:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to help serve and exchange information.
  • General secretarial/clerical skills
  • General computer skills
  • Ability to learn and use data management systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Enrollment Center staff and customers.

Preferred Qualifications include:
  • Previous Experience with Osseo Area Schools
  • Fluent in a foreign language (Spanish preferred)

 

Salary:  Casual salary guide Starting rate of pay $23.65/hour
Job Type:  Summer Casual; Temporary (approximately July 24 2025 through September 5 2025)
Work Hours:  8 hours per day; 7:30 4:00 (approx.) MF 6 Weeks
