Part time hours available 24 hours per week over 3 days
Typical shifts are Wednesday Thursday Friday 8am5pm.

At this friendly specialist Orthodontic practice we care for both NHS and private patients. Youll work alongside a highly skilled specialist clinical team in this modern and wellequipped practice. Our Truro Portman Smile Clinic is one of circa 70 specialist orthodontic practices within PortmanDentex making us theleading orthodontic providerin the UK.
About you
We welcome your application to our Dental Receptionist vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:
Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting although this is not essential)
A positive attitude empathetic and wellorganised
The ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues and highly motivated to offer a warm and welcoming environment
Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues and exceptional standards of care

Qualifications :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in dental software and scheduling systems
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Customer serviceoriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic knowledge of dental terminology
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting preferred
- Reception or administrative experience
- Dental receptionist certification is a plus
- Ability to commute to our dental practice in Truro United Kingdom
