Job Summary: The Knowledge Management Leader is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to manage and share knowledge across the organization. This role involves overseeing the creation storage and dissemination of knowledge assets to ensure that valuable information is accessible and utilized effectively. The Knowledge Management Leader will foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing driving innovation and efficiency within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy.
- Oversee the creation organization and maintenance of knowledge repositories.
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning across the organization.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions.
- Ensure that knowledge management processes align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of knowledge management tools and systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives.
- Provide training and support to employees on knowledge management practices.
- Facilitate the capture and transfer of tacit knowledge through mentoring and collaboration.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in knowledge management.
Qualifications:
- 5 10 Years proven experience as a Knowledge Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in IT systems databases and key software applications.
- Experience in developing and implementing knowledge management strategies.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
