About the Role
Are you passionate about business and economics Do you want to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs and business leaders We are looking for a dedicated Business Teacher to join our school in Worcester delivering highquality lessons to KS4 and KS5 students. This is an exciting opportunity to engage students in realworld business concepts preparing them for further education and the world of work.
What Youll Be Doing
Teaching engaging and dynamic Business lessons to GCSE and ALevel students.
Bringing business theories to life through realworld case studies projects and interactive lessons.
Preparing students for exams and coursework ensuring they achieve their full potential.
Encouraging analytical thinking problemsolving and entrepreneurship in the classroom.
Supporting students with career aspirations in business finance and economics.
Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and develop new learning opportunities.
Leading or contributing to extracurricular businessrelated activities such as enterprise clubs and competitions.
What Were Looking For
Qualified Business Teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience in KS4 and KS5.
A passion for business finance and economics.
Strong communication skills and the ability to make complex concepts engaging.
A commitment to student success and academic excellence.
Experience with extracurricular business initiatives is a plus.
