Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Berkeley Heights NJ (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
- The LOreal OmniSales Commercial team is looking to add a Project Manager for B2B Sales
- Delivery with a solid background in Salesforce applications.
In this role the Project Management will work on multiple concurrent projects that will deliver - Salesforce solutions to aid in the transformation of our Global Project Initiative.
- This is a US based role only within LOreal but includes collaborating with our Zone and Global partners.
- Develop detailed project plans including scope timelines resources and budget.
Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion of the milestones. - The role includes Business Analyst for the project application portfolio. The Project Manager will participate in the understanding of the business case.
- This position will collaborate with diverse application infrastructure architecture and integration teams to devise project plans track critical path items and help cut through roadblocks and escalate issues when necessary.
- Build and develop relationships across the LOreal Americas ensuring B2B Sales leaders stakeholders and external partners are aligned with the project standards and processes.
- This position will report directly to the OmniSales Commercial Director for Delivery Management.
- Prepare and share status reports to client and internal stakeholders.
Skills:
- 69 years of Project Management experience on enterprise applications
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint Word and Excel. Experience of ServiceNow is a must.
- Outstanding customer service and interaction skills as well as excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to work independently under little supervision within a demanding client centric environment.
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player with a high level of initiative.
- Ability to interface with various levels of management.
- Exhibit broad understanding of technology and the mobile landscape.
- Superior organization and time management skills.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering IT projects on time and on budget.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Agile Certification (CSM PSM ACP) or other IT industry project management certification preferred.
