Job: Technical Specialist Mid Level
Location: Raleigh NC 27610 (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months contract
NCDIT Transportation is seeking to fill a shortterm (approx. 12 month) contractor assignment. Selected candidate will fill role of .NET/C#/Java AEM Designer MidLevel Developer on the DMV Traffic Records Systems for the NCCRIS Project.
***Only candidates that currently live in the Raleigh NC area will be considered.
**In person interviews will be required.
NCDIT Transportation is seeking to fill a shortterm (approx. 12 month) contractor assignment. The selected candidate will fill the role of .NET/C#/Java Adobe Experience Manager Designer (AEM) MidLevel Developer on the DMV Traffic Records Systems (TRS) team for the NCCRIS Project. TRS supports the DMV Crash Data Management and DOH Traffic Safety in collecting analysis and distribution of motor vehicle accident information. The chosen candidate will be part of the development effort to convert the TRS applications from Java to.NET.
The contractor will work with Business Owners in the translation of customer requests into technical request and user stories coordinates software release schedules with the Business and Technical Team develops business requirements and provides testing and training support. This individual must have proven experience with enterprise level software development programs.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Information Systems Computer Engineering Math or Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Experience developing new webbased applications using .NET/C#/Java relational databases (such as SQL Server Oracle) web services (SOAP and REST) Adobe Experience Manager Designer (AEM) user interfaces (HTML5 CSS JavaScript) and GIT/Azure DevOps for a minimum of 3 years.
- Demonstrated ability in application analysis and design cost analysis estimating staffing needs testing documentation and implementation for a minimum of 3 years.
Demonstrate these Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ASP.Net MVC ASP.Net Core
- Experience with objectrelationalmapper such as Dapper Entity Framework
- Experience with testing frameworks such as nUnit MSTest
- Demonstrate effective communications in oral and written form.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products.
SKILL MATRIX:
