QUALIFICATIONS
- University / Masters degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR departments of multinational companies hospitality sector is preferable
- Excellent command of English
- Selfmotivated having a career target for Human Resources good human relations and problemsolving skills analytical team player punctual organized
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee payroll processing including salaries benefits deductions and tax compliance.
- Ensure payroll operations align with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with updated payroll information.
- Prepare payroll reports and collaborate with finance and HR teams.
- Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues.
- Support audits reporting and compliance with tax and labor regulations.
