Job Description
Jr. Quality Engineer
Location: Sriperumbudur Tamil Nadu
Key Responsibilities:
• Willing to work in shifts & Handle the quality related activities individually.
• Establish the quality plan monitor improve and publish the quality KPI’s.
• Establish the quality culture activities and implementation.
• Monitor and Maintain skill & competence matrix of workers.
• Prepare documentation for quality control processes.
• Preparation of AIA HIRA & PFMEA related to Manufacturing quality.
• Managing calibration management system.
• Training and Qualification of operators.
• Monitoring and implementing the Engineering & Process Changes.
• Conduct internal process audits.
• Defect materials handling process (Including CAPA drive)
• Handling of customer complaints and 8D report .
• Collect and Maintain factory records.
Preferred candidate profile:
• Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/BE) in Electronics Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) or
Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
• 13 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Experience working as a Junior Engineer or Quality Associate.
• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and quality control
standards.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
