Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies aligned with company objectives to drive sustainable growth.
- Revenue & Profitability Management: Ensure achievement of revenue targets profitability and budget commitments.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to align business objectives with company goals.
- Business Development & Sales: Drive business expansion customer acquisition and market penetration through strategic initiatives.
- Operational Excellence: Lead costing estimation pricing strategies for tendering and risk evaluation of proposals.
- Team Leadership & Development: Provide strategic direction and leadership to teams across Business Development Tendering & Estimation Strategic Planning Contract Risk Management Purchase Execution and Commercial functions.
- KPI Achievement: Ensure individual and team performance aligns with key business metrics.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients JV partners suppliers and contractors.
- Marketing & Growth Strategy: Formulate and implement shortterm and longterm strategies for market expansion and brand positioning.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct periodic business reviews implement corrective actions and ensure the achievement of annual targets.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and industry developments to drive informed business decisions.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Foster collaboration with internal teams including Finance HR SCM IT and Strategy to ensure seamless business operations.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Develop strategies to elevate customer service standards and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to statutory regulations company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
