Job Description
We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Support Engineer to join our international team.
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic fastpaced environment United Exports is searching for a problemsolver who can provide first and secondline support enhance system efficiency and ensure optimal NetSuite ERP functionality for our teams.
Location: This role could be remote based in either Peru Mexico or the US.
Key Performance Outputs
- Provide firstline and secondline support for NetSuite users troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Investigate recurring system problems and implement longterm solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain training materials user guides and SOPs to improve system adoption.
- Conduct user training sessions ensuring teams maximise NetSuites capabilities.
- Maintain uptodate documentation of system configurations workflows and customisations.
- Identify inefficiencies in NetSuite processes and recommend enhancements.
- Monitor and analyse system usage proposing automation and configuration improvements.
- Keep up to date with NetSuite updates and new features assessing their relevance to business needs.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure NetSuite aligns with operational requirements.
- Escalate complex issues to thirdparty support or internal development teams as needed.
Requirements
Education / Qualifications
- Suitable tertiary qualification in IT Business Information Systems or a related field.
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in supporting NetSuite ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems business processes and system administration.
- Experience in troubleshooting user support and training within an ERP environment.
- Familiarity with NetSuite Suite Analytics and SuiteScript (advantageous).
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Functional / Technical
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP including workflows permissions roles reports and saved searches.
- Ability to troubleshoot user issues and identify underlying system problems.
- Experience with NetSuite administration including user access configuration and scripting.
- Understanding of finance supply chain and operations processes as they relate to NetSuite.
- Familiarity with integration tools and thirdparty NetSuite applications (advantageous).

Ability to troubleshoot user issues and identify underlying system problems. Experience with NetSuite administration, including user access, configuration, and scripting.
