Job Description
Evaluate all customer applications ensuring compliance with company rental lease and financing policies.
Ensure adequate KYC verification fraud detection and affordability analysis for loan applicants.
Leverage alternative credit scoring models to enhance decisionmaking.
Monitor the credit portfolio to identify risk exposure and default patterns.
Analyze trends in repayment behavior overdue accounts and customer delinquency rates.
Implement early warning systems to flag highrisk customers.
Support in developing and refining risk models to optimize Gamma Mobility s leasing and credit offerings.
Ensure adherence to regulatory credit policies financial compliance and internal risk controls.
Investigate and report cases of fraud identity theft or financial misrepresentation.
Work with law enforcement or security teams on fraud cases when necessary.
Generate credit risk reports on portfolio performance delinquency trends and recovery success rates.
Use data analytics tools to evaluate risk exposure and suggest risk mitigation strategies.
Provide regular updates to the Credit & Risk Manager on operational risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business Administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and risk management principles.
- At least 23 years of experience in credit risk management financial analysis or a related field preferably in the gig economy financial services or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of credit assessment risk evaluation and financial forecasting.
- Experience in assessing the creditworthiness of individuals gig workers or businesses particularly in a fastpaced dynamic industry.
- Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate financial risk.
