Monitor portfolio performance and recommend proactive measures to maintain portfolio health.
Ensure adherence to company policies regulatory guidelines and risk frameworks in all collection activities.
Collaborate with the Field Operations Lead to oversee onground collection efforts.
Maintain regular engagement with customers ensuring high repayment compliance and building trust.
Negotiate payment plans and offer structured repayment options where necessary.
Identify early warning signs of potential defaults and implement preventive strategies.
Supervise and mentor Relationship Officers ensuring their collection targets are met.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss challenges share insights and develop collective strategies for improvement.
Provide training and coaching to enhance collection techniques and compliance adherence.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Credit & Risk Legal and Customer Success to resolve disputes effectively.
Represent Gamma Mobility in discussions with external recovery agents and legal teams when required.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field.
Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
Additional certifications in customer relationship management (e.g. CRM Negotiation or Sales Training) are a plus
At least 34 years of experience in relationship management account management or customer success roles
Proven experience managing key accounts corporate clients or strategic partnerships in a fastpaced environment.
Experience with contract negotiation conflict resolution and maintaining longterm business relationships.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to align business goals with client needs and expectations.
Ability to handle sensitive client interactions with professionalism empathy and tact.
