Position Title: SMSF AccountantWork Setup: Work from Home/Work from Office
Schedule: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Salary: Php 80000.00 Php 100000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SMSF ACCOUNTANT
Your Responsibilities as SMSF Accountant would be:
Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for selfmanaged superannuation funds.
Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for companies trusts partnerships and individuals.
The ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
Ownership qualities and the ability to successfully manage workflow.
Proactive attitude selfmotivated and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
Reviewing taxation notices and preparing correspondence to clients.
Liaising with various providers and statutory authorities on behalf of clients.
Preparing detailed working paper files including investment income and CGT reconciliations.
Processing transactions for Trustees benefits transfers contributions and benefits payments on
behalf of clients.
Ensuring jobs are completed effectively by meeting technical standards and deadlines.
Ensuring clients are made aware of their compliance obligations.
Qualifications as SMSF Accountant:
Bachelor s degree in Accountancy or similar discipline is strongly preferred.
At least 12 years of proven experience with SelfManaged Superfund (SMSF) within the Australian context.
Proficiency in BGL 365 is a must to ensure smooth management of SMSFs.
Basic knowledge and understanding of the Superannuation Industry Supervision (SIS) Act is required.
Familiarity with FYI and Xero tax software is desirable although not mandatory.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting client relationships.
Possess the drive to provide clients with an exceptionally high level of advice and care.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
