Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree holder in Accounting or any related course
- Preferably with CPA license or CPA graduate
- With experience is an advantage
- Ready to start ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Develop Users Guides and provide extensive training to End Users.
- Have capability to solve user issues within assigned SLAs
- Work with a team to develop test and rollout solutions.
- Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers.
- Conduct demos train and walkthrough different NetSuite process areas.
- Prepare work scope documents resulting from personalization sessions encapsulating proposed solutions.
- Work with the technical team to build develop and test customized solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues arising during configuration sessions.
- Translate business requirements to the technical team members. Translate technology solutions obtained from the technical team to clients.
- Conduct Cutover and GoLive processes.
- Provide ongoing post implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.
- Conduct PreSales activities and work with Sales/Technical resources on opportunities
- Conduct client demonstrations for NS
