Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Azure Purview Expert with over 10 years of handson experience in data governance data management and cloudbased solutions to lead our enterprise data governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Azure Purview a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable data governance frameworks and the ability to guide crossfunctional teams in leveraging Azure Purview for compliance data cataloging and lineage tracking.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field..

10 years of experience in data management and governance.
.
5 years of handson experience with Azure Purview including implementation configuration and administration.
.
Expertlevel proficiency in Azure Purview including data cataloguing lineage tracking and compliance management.
.
Deep understanding of data governance principles metadata management and data quality best practices.
.
Experience with other Azure data services (e.g. Azure Data Lake Storage Azure Synapse Analytics Azure Databricks) is highly desirable.
.
Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR CCPA).
.
Strong experience with data integration ETL processes and metadata management.
.
Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
.
Azure certifications related to data and analytics are a plus.
Certifications:
.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP203) or equivalent.
.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ305) preferred.
.
Additional certifications in data governance or compliance (e.g. CDP CISM) are a plus.
