You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Tax Accountant. This role supports the Finance Reporting and Tax function within NCS Australia. The successful candidate will manage the groups tax obligations ensuring full compliance with Australian tax laws and regulations.
You will provide strategic advice and support to internal stakeholders regarding the interpretation and application of taxation laws and prepare taxation filings. Additionally you will work closely with the overseas tax team to prepare CBCR and TP documentation and tax effect accounting to present accurate financial reports particularly with large volumes of financial data. Optimising the ERP system to ensure data quality and suitability for tax purposes is also a key responsibility.
In this role you will drive the implementation of BEPS Pillar Two requirements and ensure ongoing compliance working in partnership with EY our Pillar 2 support firm. You will also be involved in entity eliminations and restructurings as we rationalise the legal entity structure. Furthermore you will handle AU Tax returns GST returns (AU and NZ) FBT returns GL account reconciliations and tax data quality assurance.
