The Talent Acquisition Team:

That is where you come in: were looking for an exceptional Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us! 

What youll do:

• Own the endtoend recruitment process ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.

• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of highquality candidates for current and future roles.

• Utilize datadriven insights to enhance recruitment strategies and improve hiring efficiency.

• Assist with employer branding initiatives to position efood as an employer of choice.

• Ensure a fair inclusive and unbiased hiring process in alignment with DEI (Diversity Equity and Inclusion) best practices.

• Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends salary benchmarks and best hiring practices.

• Participate in and lead talent acquisition projects improving processes and enhancing candidate engagement.

Qualifications :

• 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in a fastpaced or highgrowth environment.

• Proven track record in managing fullcycle recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and leadership teams.

• Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter job boards networking and other talent attraction strategies.

• Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

• Familiarity with ATS platforms (Applicant Tracking Systems) 

• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

• A proactive solutionoriented mindset with the ability to adapt to a fastchanging environment.
