One of Our Client CMMi level technology companies i.e. Learning Mate () is urgently looking out for Full Stack Technical Lead JAVA React JS those having 8 yrs. Exp for FT Position at Mumbai Office & available to start immediately.

Position: Full Stack Technical Lead JAVA ReactJS

SKILLS : Java React JS Microservices Unit Testing Spring Framework REST API SOAP RDBMS Junit AWS Agile
Job Details:
- Responsible for leading a team of Java developers
- Overseeing the design and implementation of Javabased applications
- Ensuring the overall success of our software development projects
- Guiding the team and making technical decisions
- Contribute to the architecture and design of complex systems
- Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver highquality solutions.
MustHave Skills/Competencies:
- Experience with Java Microservices unit testing
- Micronaut Spring Framework Spring Batch and Spring Security framework and Spring libraries
- REST API and SOAP web servicesMicro services with Spring Boot/Micronaut Framework
- Knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL PostgreSQL MS SQL Server etc.)
- Experience in using Junit/Mockito framework
- Should have experience in AWS (basic concepts)
- Open to learn Frontend technologies (mainly React JS) and work in a multi skilled full stack development environment
- Excellent Written Presentation Communication skills.
MustHave SoftSkills:
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to communicate and articulate ideas solutions and discussions
- Ability to present design with the larger team which includes client stakeholders
- Good writing skills for clear communication with stakeholders
- Flexibility and ability to collaborate with onsite and offshore teams across geographies and time zones.
Nice to Have Skills/Competencies:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- Experience with Kotlin and Micronaut
- Experience with web services RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to make technical decisions and guide teams toward successful project delivery
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
