Job Description
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for configuring services on various platforms and implementing technology at the operating systemlevel. Your role will involve L1 and L2 troubleshooting and providing hardware/software support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products.
Configure services on various platforms and implement technology at the operating systemlevel.
Troubleshoot and resolve L1 and L2 issues.
Collaborate with team members to discuss and contribute to workrelated discussions.
Provide solutions to workrelated problems.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with HPE SAN Administration.
Strong understanding of storage area network administration.
Experience in configuring and maintaining Netapp storage systems.
Knowledge of storage protocols such as Fibre Channel and iSCSI.
Familiarity with storage virtualization technologies.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve storagerelated issues.
Experience in implementing backup and recovery solutions.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration.
This position is based in Noida.
