Job Description:
The Warehouse Keeper is responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse operations by implementing logistics procedures managing inventory and overseeing the sorting and dispatch of goods. This role requires attention to detail accuracy in inventory management and effective teamwork to maintain efficient warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics Operations Execution:
- Implement and follow warehouse logistics procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain workflow efficiency and safety standards within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management:
- Conduct daily inspection receiving storage organization and inventory checks of goods.
- Ensure accurate stock records and regular inventory audits.
- Order Sorting & Dispatch:
- Sort verify and pack daily orders accurately for delivery.
- Oversee the loading of goods and ensure timely and accurate shipment of products.
Job Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and a positive proactive attitude.
- Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Min SPM Diploma in Supply Chain Logistics Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in warehouse administration logistics inventory management or a similar role.
- Must be able to read write and speak in Mandarin English and Malay because will need to liaise with international clients.
- Must be able to start work immediately.
- Willing to work overtime. Overtime pay is provided for hours worked beyond the regular schedule.
