Location: Lisbon (Anjos Office)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 am 5 pm

Salary & Benefits:

• Annual Base Salary: 23000 EUR

• Premium Bonus (Monthly): 3240 EUR

• Meal Allowance: 7.63 EUR per workday (paid in meal card net amount)

• Transportation Bonus (Yearly): 720 EUR

• Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of the gross annual base salary

• Total Monthly Compensation: 2356 EUR

Relocation Support (for candidates relocating from outside Continental Portugal):

• Bureaucratic assistance for NIF and NISS registration

• Help finding housing based on individual needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimization Strategy: Implement cuttingedge optimization solutions for digital ad campaigns focusing primarily on Google Ads including the Search Network Mobile and YouTube.

• Ad Management: Create and refine keyword packs set bids and manage budgets to ensure the most efficient ad spend for clients.

• Data Analysis: Dive deep into data and trends to generate actionable insights and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.

• Reporting & KPI Management: Regularly report on campaign performance analyze key metrics and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.

• CrossPlatform Expertise: Develop your expertise across Google products continuously staying ahead of industry trends and best practices to ensure topnotch campaign performance.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 12 months of experience in optimizing digital ad campaigns (preferably on platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads TikTok or similar).

• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify optimization opportunities.

• Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.

• Understanding KPIs: Solid understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and how they drive campaign success.

• Languages: German C1 or higher and proficiency in English
