Study.com is looking for science experts to serve as Standards Alignment Mappers who will align existing Study.com lessons to match statespecific standards. This is an online remote contract role. All work is paid work is paid hourly.

Standards Alignment Mappers evaluate and update our lesson mappings ensuring their relevance to the provided standards. Our ideal mapper understands the topic they're reviewing standards for and can quickly determine which of our lessons would best cover the standards.

Project Description
Standards Alignment Mappers evaluate and update our lesson mappings ensuring their relevance to the provided standards. Our ideal mapper understands the topic they're reviewing standards for and can quickly determine which of our lessons would best cover the standards.
As a part of our mission to impact student learning you'll be responsible for:
- Revising standards mappings to ensure the topics are covered comprehensively with already existing lessons.
- Completing mappings in a timely manner.
- Adhering to our formatting requirements.
- Education: You have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: You have experience teaching at the middle or high school level and with standards alignment
- Skills: You will need excellent reading and comprehension skills
- Competency: Ability to make quick decisions
- Communication: This role requires reliable judgment strong communication skills and being responsive to feedback.
- You have 13 years' teaching experience.
- You have familiarity with state standards.
- Reliable Payments: You'll receive payments twice a month and automated invoicing for your work.
- Remote Work: This is a fully online contracted workfromhome opportunity.
- Flexibility: Basically there are no requirements! Work when you want where you want as often as you want with no minimums/maximums.
- Support: Our supportive staff is available answer your questions and help you get up and running.
- Complete the application and submit with your resume.
- Applications are approved and contracts sent on Wednesdays.
- Submit the contract within the 5day signing window.
- The following Wednesday you’ll receive onboarding instructions.
