We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SDR Manager to oversee our outbound and inbound sales teams within the SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management with a passion for driving team performance and achieving sales targets. As a leader you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies fostering team engagement and ensuring the growth and development of our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). Your expertise in lead generation and CRM software will be vital to optimize our sales processes and utilize data analysis to enhance team productivity.
Responsibilities
- Lead coach and develop a highperforming team of Sales Development Representatives.
- Design and implement outbound and inbound sales strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends optimize processes and drive team performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to align strategies and campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Monitor team performance providing regular feedback and establishing training programs for skill development.
- Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline track leads and report on team metrics.
- Conduct regular team meetings to share insights foster motivation and celebrate achievements.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients enhancing the overall client acquisition process.
Requirements
- B.E. or B.Tech degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of lead generation and sales strategy development.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members.
- Indepth knowledge of the SaaS industry and its sales dynamics.
