Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Special Educator to support primarygrade students in our IGCSE school in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have expertise in special education experience working with children with diverse learning needs and a strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special learning needs.
- Work closely with teachers parents and specialists to support students academic and social development.
- Use differentiated instruction techniques to meet diverse learning styles.
- Assess students progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Foster an inclusive supportive and engaging classroom environment.
- Conduct oneonone and smallgroup sessions to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with school staff to promote inclusive education practices.
- Stay updated on best practices in special education and participate in professional development programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or specialization in Special Education or a relevant field.
- 34 years of experience working as a Special Educator preferably in an IGCSE school.
- Strong knowledge of learning disabilities behavioral interventions and adaptive teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication patience and problemsolving skills.
- Passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Local candidates from Hyderabad preferred.
