Job Description
store incharge manages a retail store including its operations inventory and staff. They also ensure that customers are wellserved.
Responsibilities
Operations: Oversee daily operations including opening and closing the store
Inventory: Manage inventory levels order new items and rotate stock
Sales: Meet sales goals set sales quotas and monitor performance
Customer service: Ensure exceptional customer service and establish security and safety measures
Staff: Recruit hire train and fire staff
Accounting: Manage the budget generate payroll and meet financial targets
Loss prevention: Monitor inventory levels and paperwork and handle damaged merchandise
Other storerelated roles
Store officer: Maintains inventory places products on shelves and pulls out expired items
Warehouse storekeeper: Coordinates warehouse operations including shipping and receiving deliveries and conducting stock checks
Construction store keeper: Receives incoming materials stores them and issues them out
Store person: Manages the storage and safekeeping of goods in a store or warehouse
