Job Description :
1. Site Execution & Supervision:
- Oversee daytoday site activities ensuring smooth execution as per approved drawings and project plans.
- Supervise civil structural and finishing work ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure work completion within deadlines.
- Resolve onsite technical issues and ensure compliance with engineering best practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure highquality construction.
- Ensure work is executed in compliance with IS codes project specifications and company standards.
- Supervise material quality and conduct necessary testing for concrete steel and other materials.
- Maintain proper documentation for quality checks and approvals.
- Work closely with Project Managers Architects Structural Engineers and MEP teams.
- Coordinate with contractors vendors and suppliers to ensure timely material availability.
- Assist in preparing work schedules labor deployment plans and progress reports.
- Maintain proper records of work progress material usage and cost tracking.
- Implement and ensure adherence to site safety protocols and labor laws.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and toolbox talks with the workforce.
- Ensure all work is carried out as per environmental and safety regulations.
- Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards at the site.
