Job Description :
Supplier Relationship Management:
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
o Adherence to negotiated favorable terms pricing and delivery schedules.
o Conduct regular reviews of supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
o Onboard new suppliers ensuring smooth integration into the procurement process.
Procurement and Purchase Order Management:
o Create and manage purchase orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
o Monitor purchase order status and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
o Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely receipt and storage of products.
o Calculating and managing lead times to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
Inventory Management:
o Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment needs.
o Implement inventory control strategies to minimize excess stock and avoid shortages.
o Analyze sales data to forecast future demand and optimize purchasing decisions.
Cost Control and Optimization:
o Continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
o Monitor market trends and identify potential costsaving initiatives.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
o Ensure that all products meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
o Conduct quality inspections and address any quality issues promptly.
o Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain high product standards.
