Job Description

Were looking for an experienced Senior Training Lead to drive the Payment Operations Training function. This role ensures that training programs support operational efficiency compliance and team performance while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 

Youll lead a team of Training Leads set the strategic direction and develop datadriven learning initiatives to enhance competency across Payment Operations. As part of the training leadership team youll collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs implement scalable solutions and ensure training interventions drive measurable outcomes. You play a crucial role in transforming training from a reactive function to a proactive enabler of the business aligning training initiatives with company objectives.

Heres How Youll Support the Team

  • Leadership & Strategy: Define and execute a proactive training vision aligned with business priorities. Oversee training performance optimize delivery methods and ensure compliancedriven scalable programs.
  • Training Development & Delivery: Leverage models like ADDIE Kirkpatrick and Philips ROI to create highimpact learning solutions. Improve speed to competency for new hires and drive ongoing skill development.
  • Performance & Stakeholder Management: Monitor training effectiveness through data insights. Build strong relationships across multiple domains (Quality Workforce Management Knowledge Management Talent Acquisition) to address training needs.
  • Autonomous & Collaborative Growth: Work independently while contributing to the broader training leadership team influencing strategy and continuously enhancing training effectiveness.

Qualifications :

  • Youre placed in Tallinn or have willingness to relocate here.
  • You have learning and development experience with strong knowledge of training methodologies LMS platforms and industry standards.
  • You have strong leadership experience with a minimum 1 year experience leading training teams with experience in fastpaced L&D environments.
  • Youre analytical proficient in using data for performance assessment and training impact analysis.
  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills and are able to engage stakeholders provide clear training solutions and adapt strategies based on feedback.
  • Youre a problemsolver skilled in identifying gaps implementing solutions and ensuring continuous improvement in training delivery.
