THE INTERN HUMAN RESOURCES AT DEBMARINE NAMIBIA:
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Document Management: Scan upload and archive trainingrelated documents and trainee files in Document Warehouse ensuring proper naming conventions and numbering.
- Recruitment Support: Arrange interviews for Trainees Bursars and Interns.
- Onboarding Assistance: Facilitate signon processes and submit files for processing.
- Training & Development: Assist in conducting skills gap analyses by verifying qualifications and certifications against SAP records.
- 360Degree Feedback Support: Print sort and distribute hardcopy forms.
- Health & Compliance: Book medical examinations risk assessments and polygraphs for trainees and bursars.
- Trainee Program Support: Facilitate administrative processes for all trainees and bursars.
- Training Coordination: Book training sessions for shorebased employees and coordinate travel logistics.
- Financial Processing: Assist with study assistance claims and process allowances for trainees and bursars.
- General HR Support: Perform ad hoc scanning filing and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications :

- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters and information.
THE CANDIDATE MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Human Resources Management.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources will be added advantage.
