Job Description:
We are seeking a SharePoint Product Specialist to join a dynamic team focused on enhancing business processes through SharePoint solutions. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in drafting business requirements designing webbased solutions and ensuring quality assurance for projects aimed at optimizing operations within the transportation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SharePoint and webbased solutions for business processes.
- Break down project designs into manageable work items for tracking and prioritization.
- Conduct quality assurance testing and document results for stakeholders.
- Develop training materials and provide user support for new processes.
- Collaborate with clients to refine and validate business applications.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with SharePoint expertise.
- Proven ability to design custom SharePoint lists libraries and content types.
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in business process evaluation and reengineering.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Teams).
