Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: St. Julians Malta (hybrid)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide customer support via multiple channels including chat phone and email acting as a primary point of contact.
- Assist in reporting technical issues and provide market insights to support the management team.
- Maintain accurate customer records in compliance with data protection protocols and ensure achievement of department and individual SLAs.
- Document customer interactions to maintain a comprehensive customer history.
- Address and resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and identifying the root cause of problems.
- Support the management team with additional projects and tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in Dutch(C1) both verbal and written. Good command in English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support with an understanding of the relevant industry.
- Motivated and able to collaborate effectively within a multicultural team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including shifts on weekdays and weekends.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
