About the Role
We are delighted to be working with an Outstandingrated mixed school in Harrow to recruit an English Teacher. This fulltime permanent position is available for an immediate start and offers an excellent opportunity to teach English up to KS5 fostering students love for literature writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Teach English across KS3 KS4 and KS5 delivering engaging and thoughtprovoking lessons
- Support students in developing analytical and essaywriting skills
- Prepare students for GCSE and ALevel English coursework and examinations
- Work collaboratively to enhance the English curriculum with a diverse range of texts and literature
- Contribute to extracurricular activities such as debate teams poetry readings and school publications
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in English Literature or a related subject
- PGCE or QTS
- Experience teaching English up to KS5
