Azienda informatica ricerca una figura addetta allassistenza clienti che svolga attivit di back office.
La posizione prevede le seguenti mansioni:
- rispondere alle chiamate degli utenti verso un numero verde
- ascoltare i problemi e le richieste del cliente individuando in quale ambito si inquadra il problema e proporre le possibili soluzioni
- cercare di risolvere il problema direttamente
Requisiti:
- diploma di maturit
- ottime doti comunicative
- abilit gestionali
- precisione
- padronanza nellutilizzo del pc
- minima esperienza nellambito customer care
Offerta:
- contratto a tempo determinato 12 mesi tempo pieno rinnovabile a tempo indeterminato.
