Azienda alimentare sta selezionando una risorsa che gestisca i processi di selezione del personale e che supporti lufficio nelle attivit quotidiane.
Mansioni legate al ruolo:
- Pianificazione organizzazione e gestione in prima persona dei colloqui di selezione
- Redazione di organigrammi
- Supporto nelle attivit amministrative (es. contrattualistica)
- Supporto nelle attivit sindacali
Requisiti:
- Ottime capacit relazionali e comunicative
- Ottime capacit di lavoro in team
- Ottime competenze informatiche (Pacchetto Office)
- Precisione organizzazione e affidabilit
Offerta e benefit:
- Contratto a tempo determinato ed in full time
