Job Description
We are looking for a Real Estate Associate to join a wellestablished law firm in Cleveland OH. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with experience in real estate transactions who is seeking career growth a collaborative work environment and the chance to work on meaningful client matters.
Responsibilities:
- Represent lenders buyers and sellers in various commercial real estate transactions including leasing financing acquisitions and dispositions.
- Act as a legal advisor and counselor to clients.
Requirements:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions within a law firm or inhouse legal department.
- Strong drafting research analytical and writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills with clients staff and attorneys at all levels.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio or in the process of obtaining a license.
