About the Role
We are excited to be working with a prestigious Independent boys school in Barnet to recruit a Computer Science Teacher. This fulltime permanent position offers an opportunity to teach Computer Science up to KS5 developing students programming problemsolving and computational thinking skills.

Responsibilities
- Teach Computer Science across KS3 KS4 and KS5 equipping students with coding and algorithmic skills
- Support students in learning programming languages such as Python Java and C
- Prepare students for GCSE and ALevel Computer Science coursework and exams
- Work collaboratively to enhance the curriculum with emerging industry trends
- Contribute to extracurricular activities such as coding clubs robotics teams and hackathons
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Computer Science IT or a related subject
- PGCE or QTS
- Experience teaching Computer Science up to KS5
