About the Role
We are delighted to be working with an Outstandingrated mixed school in Brent to recruit a History Teacher. This fulltime permanent position offers the opportunity to teach History up to KS5 guiding students in historical inquiry debate and analytical writing. The role includes exam preparation coursework assessment and moderating student work.

Responsibilities
Teach History across KS3 KS4 and KS5 fostering a love for historical inquiry and research
Support students in developing analytical essaywriting and debate skills
Guide students through GCSE and ALevel assessments with structured feedback and coursework moderation
Work collaboratively to enhance the History curriculum with contemporary case studies
Contribute to extracurricular activities such as History clubs research projects and museum visits
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in History or a related subject
PGCE or QTS
Experience teaching History up to KS5
