Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and enthusiastic Computer Science Teacher to join our vibrant school in Birmingham. You will inspire students from KS3 through to KS5 helping them develop strong technical skills and a deep understanding of the digital world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons across KS3 KS4 and KS5.
- Design and implement a curriculum that prepares students for GCSEs ALevels and future careers in tech.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide targeted feedback to support their development.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages creativity and independent problemsolving.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Computer Science department and overall school success.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Computer Science IT or a related subject.
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE QTS or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching Computer Science at KS3 KS4 and KS5.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for inspiring students in the field of technology.
