Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and innovative Computer Science Teacher to join our forwardthinking team in Walsall. If you have a love for technology coding and empowering students to succeed in the digital age we would love to have you as part of our educational community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging computer science lessons to KS3 and KS5 students.
- Develop a curriculum that encourages problemsolving logical thinking and realworld applications of computer science.
- Assess student progress and provide regular constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and technical skill development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to the development of the department.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Computer Science Computing or a related field.
- A teaching qualification (PGCE QTS or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching computer science at secondary school level is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of programming algorithms and computer science theory.
