baesh is a GenZ focused social platform that connects people in real life through events communities and shared experiences.
This is an equityonly role (for now) meaning you earn a real stake in the company as we grow.
Big upside: Once we secure funding this role converts into a paid position and your shares could be worth a lot. If youre just looking for a paycheck this isnt for you. If you want to build own and be part of something gamechanger lets talk.
Tasks
Curate Event Magic:
- Scout and handpick the hottest most exclusive events to keep our feed buzzing with excitement.
- Work with event organizers to ensure baesh is always the first to know about whats happening.
Lead and grow your niche community
- Bring people together through events content and partnerships.
- Develop social media content in your niche
Grow Our Community Love:
- Personally connect with users online and in real life to grow baeshs presence.
- Plan and host local baesh events that create unforgettable memories for our users.
Build Relationships Like a Pro:
- Onboard B2B partners
- Ensure seamless integration of their events and content onto our platform.
- Collaborate with content creators to amplify our presence and authenticity.
Requirements
- Berlinbased: You know the culture the vibes and the events that matter.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
- Social Wizard: You love people conversations and making everyone feel welcome.
- Entrepreneurial mindsetyou dont wait for tasks you create opportunities.
- Handson Hustle: Youre not just about doing the job but about owning the role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A background in event management communication or marketing is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience managing or building communities (professional or personal projects).
- Social media savvyfamiliar with TikTok Instagram and GenZ trends
