Job Description
Title: Sr. Abinitio Developer
Location: Omaha NE & Berkeley Heights NJ (Local candidates preferred; onsite 5 days a week)
Type: Contract (W2 only C2C not allowed)
Duration: Longterm
Pay Rate: $50/hr
Position Overview:
Next Gen Software Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Sr. Abinitio Developer for a longterm W2 position. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of expertise in Abinitio SQL Oracle shell scripting and Work flow. The role requires handson experience in ETL Abinitio and realtime processing including functional and nonfunctional assessments for global implementations. A strong understanding of ETL design patterns and data warehouse architecture is essential.
This position requires onsite presence in Omaha NE & Berkeley Heights NJ for all five working days per week. Selected candidate will be employed as a W2 on Next Gen Software Solutions LLC and no C2C
Requirements:
- Experience: 8 years of handson experience with Ab Initio.
- Strong understanding of ETL Abinitio and realtime processing including functional and nonfunctional assessments for global implementations.
- Proficiency in Ab Initio (batch and realtime) SQL Oracle Unix basics and shell scripting.
- Expertise in ETL design patterns and data warehouse architecture.
- Handson experience with Abinitio GDE Control Center Plan IT and Conduct IT.
- Ability to design and implement ETL/API solutions using Ab Initio with a massively parallel processing architecture.
- Capable of developing complex Ab Initio ETL processes to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Ability to design scalable solutions with a focus on recoverability and resiliency.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle/SQL with the ability to write complex queries for data transformation and analysis.
