Job Description
- Full P&L responsibility for your category including developing plans to increase sales and profitability
- Manage vendor relationships including negotiations and creating joint business plans
- Create longterm strategies for your category and a clear framework for measuring success
- Make datadriven decisions and stay uptodate with the latest ecommerce developments
- Think with a consumercentric mindset in all aspects of your work from selection to presentation and activation of the assortment on Flink channels
- Lead coach and mentor a team of junior to midlevel managers supporting their career growth and development and taking responsibility for the teams results
- Work closely with other teams such as Retail Media Marketing Supply Chain and Hub operations to ensure growth including building and executing project plans
- Identify potential areas for optimization and new revenue streams to further build the company
Qualifications :
- 5 years experience in Key Account or Partnership Management (ecommerce or grocery industry)
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management or similar field
- Proven ability to use data to inform business decisions and influence stakeholders
- Experience with business plans and P&L management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Professional working proficiency (C1) in English and German
Bonus points if you:
- Digital marketing/media experience
- Category Management/Buyer experience
