Job Description
- Financial Steering and Analysis: Lead the development and refinement of financial models and forecasts to improve the accuracy and relevance of our financial insights.
- Business Case Development: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop robust business cases for strategic initiatives ensuring alignment with company goals and financial viability.
- Insight Generation: Shift focus from traditional data crunching to providing actionable insights that support strategic decisions and operational improvements.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial processes systems and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.
- Strategic Support: Provide financial analysis and insights to support senior leadership in strategic planning and execution.
Qualifications :
- Experience: Several years of experience in FP&A financial analysis or related roles preferably in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations and financial drivers with the ability to develop business cases and strategic recommendations.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in financial modeling forecasting tools and data visualization software (e.g. Excel Looker Oracle Fusion).
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work crossfunctionally influence without authority and build strong relationships with diverse teams.
- Initiative: Selfstarter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail especially when dealing with complex financial data.
